AnCom has research and development activities in Norway at Grimstad. The research group have strong professional competence, and are continuously working to give AnCom a competitive edge on technology. Our R&D employees are expected to contribute to AnCom's future success through development of competitive communication technology and where some also qualifies for new Patents. Important personal qualities include being co-operative, communicative, creative, reliable, hard-working, quality-conscious and interested in business issues.

Your Qualifications: If you have education on a Master level or higher in an area of relevance and feel you could contribute to AnCom's technology development, we welcome you to send us your CV and some lines about yourself. The focused technology areas in AnCom are:
